They say you spend your youth wishing you were older and your adulthood wishing you were younger. While ageing is hardly the miserable transformation society tries to frame it as, living, dressing and acting your age is an essential part of life.
This brings us to today's feature patron. This gentleman is often mistaken for looking years younger than he is. During his third fitting, he explained that he is carded at a variety of places. Though some may take this as a form of flattery, he can assure you that this reoccurring instance becomes quite irksome rather quickly. Nevertheless, our patron is lighthearted about his circumstances and goes on to make a joke about "dressing his age." We can't add years to his physical appearance but we can dress him to look the way he desires.
For his "grown-up suit," we created a beautiful three-piece ensemble out of Dormeuil fabric. Taken from the brand's Iconik collection, the cloth is a lightweight woolmark with a matte finish. While the entire suit is a sight to see, the real beauty lies within the jacket. A structured silhouette with two buttons, this jacket features English vents and lapels. While the vents offer easier movement, the lapels add a formal flair. However, this jacket is also given a sporty appeal with angled pockets.
Even with impeccable and stylish details, we can't feature a custom suit without mentioning fit. Note how the jacket beautifully sits along the back, neck and arm of our patron. This is the kind of appeal one can not achieve with an off-the-rack suit.
We can't guarantee that this suit will stop all from assuming his age, but we are certain that he is impeccably dressed.
