It isn’t often that you see men sporting a lilac jacket in our city but this patron is from Florida where dressing in light colours such as this airy purple isn't unusual at all.
The jacket is constructed out of a light woven English worsted by British Woolens. Wool might surprise you as a cloth for summer, but it can be made in a variety of weights and weaves which are suitable for the increasingly hot summers. This is especially true in a bustling metropolis or states south of the border. On the inside there is a laced back half lined shot lilac bemberg lining for ease of movement and heat control. The pig skin leather piping and covered buttons on the sleeves and patch ticket pocket is an unexpected and pleasant addition. On the lapel there is a lime green cifonelli boutonniere inspired buttonhole which contrasts nicely with this shade of purple.
